At the core of our operation is leadership defined by experience. Our Director of Operations Michael Howland brings over 35 years in the building trades, paired with more than four years dedicated to overseeing high-end luxury projects across Massachusetts and Marthas Vinyard for other firms.
His experience extends far beyond technical expertise—he has successfully managed large, multi-disciplinary crews and coordinated closely with high end, respected architects to bring complex, design-driven homes to completion. Accustomed to the unique demands of luxury construction, he ensures each project is executed with precision, discretion, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

Supporting this leadership is our Project Manager Sam Lincoln whose hands-on experience spans the better part of a decade across multiple aspects of the building process. With experience building across Cape Cod as well as various areas in Florida, this well-rounded background provides a comprehensive understanding of the trade as a whole, allowing him to oversee projects with a sharp focus on quality control, efficiency, and seamless day-to-day coordination.
